Organic traffic and search engine optimization are foundational elements that have contributed to NerdWallets success. As the Senior Product Manager for SEO you will be responsible for defending and growing our organic audience by building, testing, and optimizing onsite SEO features that ensure our content reaches our target audience. Youll drive strategy and execution, shaping the endtoend user experience and making a tangible impact on millions of consumers navigating key financial decisions. You should be passionate about delivering meaningful, intuitive, and userfriendly product experiences that empower people to make confident financial choices.

Youll combine strategic vision with handson execution, collaborating with crossfunctional partners to integrate robust solutions that enhance our ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fintech, consumer finance, or growthfocused product management, proven SEO experience and thrives in a fastpaced environment where experimentation and innovation drive measurable results. Youll continuously monitor product performance metrics to optimize user engagement, conversion, and longterm value, ensuring that every enhancement moves both the customer and the business forward.

This role reports to the Director, Engineering for the SEO Team.

Where you can make an impact:

• Own Product Strategy: Lead the end to end vision and roadmap, partnering with data, design, engineering and marketing to drive growth across organic funnels.
• Accelerate Growth: Launch and optimize experiences that improve customer outcomes and scale the business.
• Leverage Market Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis and user research to identify opportunities, inform strategy and guide product decisions.
• Champion ConsumerCentric Innovation: Deeply understand consumer behaviors and needs to deliver personalized highimpact product experiences.
• Drive Execution: Partner cross functionally to deliver new features and product enhancements on time and with measurable impact.
• Optimize Performance: Use data, A/B testing and experimentation to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
• Advocate for the Customer: Keep user needs and outcomes at the heart of every decision.
• Mentor and Collaborate: Support junior PMs, fostering growth, inclusion and shared success.

Experience:

• 7+ years in product management position, preferably within fintech, consumer finance, or a related domain
• 2+ years experience in an SEO growth role
• Proven success in managing and launching impactful product initiatives ideally within fintech
• Experience scaling products in fastgrowing businesses - balancing quick wins with longterm investments
• Skilled in leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies to inform decisionmaking
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user research techniques and data driven product development
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and technical workflows
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence both technical and nontechnical stakeholders without direct authority
