Must be in the area 48 hours before the first shift: Luggage is not included with your travel, you must anticipate paying. Arrive 2 hours early. If you miss your flight, or the flight is canceled please notify us immediately, any changes in flight cost will be directly billed to the traveler. If you do not show up or decide not to go after your flight has been booked you will be charged for the entire flight and travel reimbursement, plus $250 administrative fee.
